About Adam
Adam manages the firm's federal claims and federal takings practice, representing individuals and corporations in litigation against the federal government, primarily in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Adam served as the managing editor of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal and as a symposium editor on the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Adam currently focuses his practice on property rights, inverse condemnation litigation, and commercial litigation. He has a specific interest in rails-to-trails conversions under the Trails Act and unique physical takings. His practice also includes all types of appellate litigation.
