Adam S. Malamut, Managing Partner, was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court in 1999. He is recognized for his success as a trial attorney in criminal defense and plaintiff civil matters. He counsels individuals, companies, and governmental agencies in areas including Redevelopment Agreements, Election Law, Labor and Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Business Development, Land Use, Procurement, Public Finance, Solid Waste, Utilities, Administrative and Regulatory action, and Education Law. He has served as Municipal Hearing Officer, Public Defender, and Prosecutor in over fifteen municipalities and represents numerous authorities, municipalities, and counties. He was honored with the CEO Philanthropy Award in 2013 and has been included on the Super Lawyers list since 2019. He also received the Civil Rights Award from the Willingboro and Vicinity Chapter of the NAACP in 2015.
