Adam Oustatcher received a B.A. degree from Binghamton University in 1994 and graduated with Honors from The George Washington University School of Law in 1998. Mr. Oustatcher was with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office for seventeen years, ending his tenure as the Director of DNA Prosecutions where he lectured extensively on trial practice. Mr. Oustatcher prosecuted serial killers, infanticides, large-scale narcotics enterprises, and cold cases and tried over forty-five felony jury trials to verdict. Mr. Oustatcher entered private practice in 2016 and joined the Firm in July 2017. Mr. Oustatcher is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Court and has handled complex litigation matters in the area of construction accidents, insurance coverage, automobile litigation, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
