Ahmad Assed

Ahmad Assed is a third generation Arab-American, fluent in Arabic and English. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of New Mexico, and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award. He interned with United States Senator Jeff Bingaman and pursued international legal studies at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies in the Netherlands, focusing on advocacy and litigation before international criminal courts.
