Alan M. Wood

Alan was born and raised in Lincoln. He graduated from Hastings College in 1969 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1972. From 1972 to 1977 he served as Staff Counsel to the Nebraska State Court Administrator assisting in Nebraska’s revision to the County Court System and the implementation of the Nebraska Uniform Probate Code. Alan practiced law in Syracuse, Nebraska from 1977 to 1988 and thereafter moved his law practice to Lincoln joining the Bailey, Polsky, Cada, Cope & Wood law group.
