Mr. Cheung received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1993 from the University of California Los Angeles. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and also has his California Department of Real Estate Broker's License. He is a member of the State Bar of California, San Diego County Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
