Alejandra Ayotitla

Alejandra Ayotitla Cortez is one of the few immigrant attorneys in Nebraska, originally from Hidalgo, Mexico. As a DACA beneficiary and first-generation student, she graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2017 and from the University of Nebraska College of Law in May 2022. She has advocated for driver's and professional licenses for DACA youth and for immigration reform.
