About Alex
Alex Whitman brings a strong work ethic and writing and advocacy skills to Cunningham Swaim. The winner of two national writing awards, Alex began his career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Royal Furgeson of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He has since taken his experience as a federal clerk into practice, participating in cases in a broad range of practice areas from the beginning of a lawsuit to the highest level of appeal.
