Alfred V. Acquaviva is the founding attorney of Acquaviva Law Offices, LLC, with over three decades of experience since becoming an active member of the bar in 1991. He specializes in municipal land use and zoning, municipal law, real estate, chancery and civil litigation, criminal law, family law, and bankruptcy. He previously served as a municipal prosecutor for the city of Paterson and special counsel for several boroughs. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Passaic County Bar Association, and has chaired the New Jersey State Bar Association High School Mock Trial Committee for fourteen years.
