About Allen

Allen E. Kaye was a nationally recognized lawyer in the field of U.S. Immigration and Naturalization law and served as a Past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). During his career, he worked with individuals and employers, large and small, to assist with visas, deportation and criminal immigration matters, I-9 audits, and a vast array of other immigration and naturalization issues. Mr. Kaye was often featured in prominent publications such as the Queens County Bar Association Newsletter, as well as many others. He received the Super Lawyers® award every year dating back to 2006, and was also listed in the 2020 Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News & World Report. Mr. Kaye passed away on May 1, 2024 after a lengthy illness. He was Of Counsel to the law firm of Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco LLP from 2014 until his passing.
