About Allison
Allison has been employed by Parkinson Benson Potter since 2018. At PBP, she fulfills various roles within the firm, including managing all wildfire cases and providing essential day-to-day support for attorneys, staff, and clients. Her efforts ensure that the firm fosters strong, positive relationships with its clients. Additionally, she serves as a client relations specialist on many of the firm’s wildfire cases. Allison has worked on multiple wildfire claims, including those related to the North Bay, Tubbs, Cascade, Camp, Bobcat, Slater, Zogg, Dixie, McKinney, Mosquito, Fairview, Marshall, Panhandle, and Maui fires. She completed her undergraduate studies at Chico State in 2013, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and is certified as an Addiction Treatment Counselor III (CATC III). Raised in the small town of Paradise, Allison is a wildfire victim herself, having lost her property in the 2018 Camp Fire. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, swimming, hiking to beautiful backcountry waterways, and coaching her children’s soccer teams.
