Allison N. Fulcher assumed primary responsibility for the firm’s appellate caseload in 1999, after several years as a solo general practitioner. She has represented hundreds of clients in matters before the Vermont Supreme Court, continuing the firm’s long tradition of helping to protect individual’s constitutional rights and ensuring equal access to justice.
