About Amer
Trial Lawyer Amer Ahmad represents clients who are going through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. His practice includes representing families in wrongful death cases and individuals seriously injured by motor vehicle accidents, negligently maintained premises, and defective products. Due to his experience and results, Amer has been named a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers and Atlanta Magazine from 2019 until 2024. Only 2.5% of all lawyers in Georgia are selected as Rising Stars. Before coming to the light and working for injured clients, Amer worked as a lawyer for the insurance companies. He now puts his knowledge of insurance companies’ playbook of policies and procedures to work for you. He has litigated hundreds of serious injury claims and taken numerous cases to verdict in Georgia State, Superior, and Magistrate courts. Amer also has behind the scenes court experience, having worked as a Staff Attorney to the Honorable Horace J. Johnson in Newton and Walton Counties.
