Amir R. Tahmassebi is a partner at Konicek & Dillon, specializing in professional negligence, legal ethics, commercial litigation, casualty, and sports law. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained a defense verdict in a legal malpractice case seeking over ten million in damages. He represents professionals in civil and administrative hearings and handles cases in federal and state courts across multiple states. He also represents professional athletes. He co-chairs the Chicago Bar Association's Committee for Professional Responsibility and is a member of its Judicial Evaluation Committee. He has been honored in the Super Lawyers Publication for legal malpractice from 2012-2019.
