Andres Lovera is a Litigation Attorney at The Injury Firm, representing clients injured by negligence, primarily in auto accidents, slip and falls, and defective products. He previously worked at an Insurance Defense firm, gaining experience in auto accident defense and first-party property disputes, and served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Broward Public Defender’s Office, where he litigated numerous jury trials and evidentiary motions.
