Andy Stancil is a partner in the Litigation Group at Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP and oversees the firm's Employment Practices Group. He regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation and in all facets of employment matters. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007 and a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2004. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in 2007 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
