About Andrew
Andrew Dickerson’s practice includes civil litigation, and class actions/mass torts. He previously worked at the firm as a paralegal and became an associate upon passing the California State Bar exam in 2023. His practice includes all forms of civil procedure, discovery and motion practice, as well as trial and appellate appearances. He plays a pivotal role in the firm’s law and motion practice, drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions. Dr. Dickerson oversees all aspects of the discovery process. He handles a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial contract disputes, attorney malpractice cases, and neighboring property disputes. He has helped recover substantial settlements for property owners and businesses affected by environmental disasters and public utility negligence, including the 2015 Refugio Oil Spill and the 2017 Thomas Fire and subsequent debris flows.
