Andrew Hata

Andrew is the head of our Transactional Department and focuses his practice on corporate governance, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate finance. He graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Washington. He is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and Washington State.
