Co-founded Schwab & Gasparini in 2007. Has over twenty years of experience in trial practice and civil litigation, primarily defending medical malpractice actions for physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations. Also experienced in defending municipalities in civil litigation and trials, including civil rights, motor vehicle, school liability, premises liability, highway engineering, and highway design. Admitted to practice in New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Member of the American Bar Association, the New York Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Albany County Bar Association. Has lectured in civil litigation and medical malpractice defense. Formerly a trial attorney with Martin, Ganotis, Brown, Mould & Currie, P.C. Has tried cases in various medical specialties, including successful results in high exposure birth injury cases.
