Andrew Sher

Andrew Sher was born in Durban, Republic of South Africa on March 3, 1969. After obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Sher attended the University of Houston Law Center. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate in 1993. Upon his completion of law school, Mr. Sher spent the next ten years actively litigating environmental, commercial and personal injury cases with a nationally recognized litigation firm located in Houston.
