About Andy

Andy Hsu is a founding shareholder of Martinez Hsu, P.C. and a Texas Tech School of Law graduate. His primary practice includes EB-5 development projects, corporate securities, commercial construction and development, real estate, international and domestic contracts, and regulated asset purchases. He acts as counsel for various significant business projects and oversees family law practice for the firm. Andy speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and works closely with defense contractors regarding compliance and regulations.
