Angela Pergrem Owens has been a member of the Gary C. Johnson team since 1998. She is a 1991 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a 1994 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law. She works as a Pikeville personal injury lawyer, handling car accidents, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.
