Ann M. Cooper

Ann M. Cooper graduated from Michigan State University, Bryn Mawr College, and the University of Michigan Law School, and was a Fulbright Scholar in France. She has practiced in Michigan courts and federal courts in Michigan. Ms. Cooper served on the United States 6th Circuit Judicial Merit Selection Panel in 1998 and was a member of the Michigan Supreme Court Task Force on Gender Issues in the Courts.
