About Anneris
Anneris Virginia Hernandez is a certified trial attorney who prior to joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman, gained more than a decade of experience litigating cases in Hudson and Passaic County as a prosecutor and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Ms. Hernandez attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and English. Ms. Hernandez then went on to receive her law degree from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey. While attending law school, Ms. Hernandez participated in the civil litigation clinic and was a research assistant for a professor of corporate and business law. After graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Ms. Hernandez served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Hector R. Velazquez, J.S.C., at the State of New Jersey Superior Court Hudson Vicinage. Ms. Hernandez is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish.
