Anthony DiPaolo is a graduate of Hofstra Law School. Anthony also holds a Masters and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Forensic Sciences. Anthony began his legal career as a Special Investigator working undercover for various governmental agencies and insurance companies. Mr. DiPaolo is a founding partner of DiPaolo & DiPaolo, and his areas of practice include Criminal Defense, Family Law (including custody, visitation, support, and emergency orders of protection), Personal Injury and Automobile Accidents, Real Estate and Wills & Estate Planning, and Civil Plaintiff / Defendant Litigation. A recipient of Attorney and Practice Magazine’s Top 10 Attorney’s Award in 2018, he is known for creative and innovative arguments as they pertain to the prosecution and defense of legal matters. Anthony is married to fellow DiPaolo & DiPaolo partner, Michelle DiPaolo, and as a team, they approach all legal matters from a Family Driven Philosophy, treating each client with the attention and detail necessary to achieve success. Mr. DiPaolo is also the award-winning author of The Dragon Storm series of novels.
