Anthony M. Hernandez

Tony is an attorney at Johnson and Pekny. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 2012 with a concentration in alternative dispute resolution. He served as a county attorney with the Douglas County Attorney’s Office for nine years prosecuting juvenile crimes and child welfare matters, primarily focusing on sexual assault and child sexual abuse.
