Anthony M. Pagano was born in Newark, New Jersey in 1965 and graduated from Toms River High School North in 1983. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wagner College and the University of Central Florida, and his Juris Doctorate from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997.
