Anthony “Tony” Garza-Vale, a San Antonio native, completed his early education at Central Catholic High School before earning his bachelor’s degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland. After college, Tony returned to San Antonio to pursue a law degree at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
