Anton R. Tupa

About Anton

Anton concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice litigation. He also works on premises liability and auto liability cases. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton, Anton clerked in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Anton taught and researched philosophy for years at Auburn University (AL), Saginaw Valley State University (MI), and the University of South Carolina. He routinely taught Health Care Ethics and Bioethics to current and future health care practitioners such as nurses and doctors.
