Well known Southern Indiana Attorney, April Geltmaker, has joined CLLB (Church, Langdon, Lopp, Banet) Law as the newest attorney. Geltmaker joins the CLLB Firm after serving as General Counsel for Greater Clark County Schools. Licensed in Indiana, Geltmaker brings a full range of experience with her as she will focus on areas of practice such as labor and bankruptcy, employment law, contracts, municipal and business matters; Providing legal advice and proactive training on labor and employment laws, including, discrimination and harassment, hiring and termination practices, leaves of absence and accommodations, retaliation, discipline, grievances, and workplace safety; Drafting employee handbooks, employment contracts, and separation agreements.
