Armando R. Horta, Esq., is a proud graduate of both The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science in Crime, Law & Justice and a minor in Sociology in 2006 and of Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. After graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Horta had the honor of completing a one-year Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, (Ret.) A.J.S.C. during the time that Judge Mizdol was the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County.
