Arnold E. DiJoseph is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, specializing in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, construction accidents, and toxic materials exposure. He is also a highly regarded appellate lawyer in New York, having handled hundreds of state and federal appeals. He graduated from Dickinson College in 1980 and Touro Law School in 1983.
