About Art
Art Aguilar is the Managing Partner of Art Aguilar Law Firm, PC. He is a US Army Veteran and a member of the Texas Bar College. Art has extensive trial experience, having tried several cases to verdict in tough counties, and has taken and defended over 200 depositions. He has experience in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract, fraud, DTPA, and trade secrets. Art previously served as in-house counsel for a major nationwide insurance carrier and has worked on the defense side for major American, overseas, and London-based carriers. He is nationally recognized by the NAOPIA as a 'TOP 10' Personal Injury attorney and has been recognized by the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College for his contributions to legal services for low-income Texans.
