About Arthur
Arthur Eliav is “of counsel” to the firm. Attorney Arthur Eliav met Norman Steiner when Arthur was just beginning his journey through law school. He interned with Norm over 20 years ago, gaining invaluable courtroom exposure that most law students could only dream of. By the time Arthur graduated, he had already second-chaired multiple major felony trials, participating in every phase from jury selection to verdict. His early immersion in complex, high-stakes litigation gave him a level of experience far beyond his years. After earning his J.D. and being admitted to the New York Bar, Arthur began his legal career defending municipalities in civil rights and tort litigation, where he sharpened his procedural knowledge and mastered the art of motion practice and trial strategy. From there, he transitioned into plaintiff’s personal injury law, bringing his litigation instincts to bear in the fight for individuals and families seeking justice. His ability to analyze the heart of a case, connect with clients, and persuasively present a narrative in court quickly distinguished him as a powerful advocate. Arthur’s combination of courtroom prowess, tactical intelligence, and deep empathy for his clients made him a trusted litigator in both civil and criminal courts. His loyalty to his clients, understanding of the law, and dedication to achieving results have not only earned him the respect of colleagues and judges alike but also cemented a bond with Norman Steiner that has lasted for more than two decades. Together, they have been “brothers in arms,” navigating the legal battlefield side by side with unmatched intensity, integrity, and purpose.
