Ted’s practice focuses on several different areas of litigation including medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and related administrative proceedings (VSSR, OSHA), commercial and personal injury litigation. He regularly appears in both state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky and also practices before administrative agencies such as the Ohio Industrial Commission and OSHA. Ted is involved in his church, North Cincinnati Community Church, and is active in his home community of Loveland, Ohio.
