About Arvin

As a Litigation Attorney, Arvin takes cases to court or arbitration when a fair settlement cannot be reached. Prior to joining Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, he founded his own practice in Entrepreneurial law, helping small businesses navigate intimidating legal hurdles, acquire intellectual property, and stand up to fearsome competitors who would otherwise prey on a new business. At Chicago-Kent College of Law, Arvin completed programs in both Business law and Intellectual Property law. This corporate focus taught him to think the way predatory businesses do, a skill he uses in turn to protect his clients. Arvin interned for Chicago’s Federal Defender Program, where he wrote a precedent-setting argument that helped those incarcerated in federal prison under racist drug policies seek reduced sentences. He also externed for Judge Thomas Kelley and Judge Raul Vega - an experience which solidified his love for the courtroom.
