Ashley B. Horbal is a longtime resident of Virginia Beach and joined Oast & Taylor after earning her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. As a member of the litigation team, Ashley advises clients in matters related to Elder Law, Guardianships & Conservatorships, and Estate and Trust Disputes. Ashley also assists clients in the areas of Estate & Trust Administration and Estate Planning.
