About Ashley
Ms. Russo’s practice involves medical malpractice defense, complex civil litigation, and employment law. Prior to joining Hinchey & Oldenhoff, LLP, Ms. Russo was an associate practicing at a midsize Boston firm. A major aspect of her civil litigation practice has been defense of healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, mental health workers, and healthcare facilities in medical malpractice claims. She has also represented individuals in nursing homes in defense of claims. In addition, she has been involved in representing individuals and institutional defendants and general insurance defense matters in both the District Court and Superior Court. In her employment practice, Ms. Russo has been involved representing both individuals and companies in defense of discrimination and employment claims, at both the MCAD and the Superior Court.
