Ashley was born and raised in the hill country of Texas. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and finance. She then attended Texas Tech University School of Law. Ashley graduated from law school Summa Cum Laude and in the top 5% of her class. She was granted membership in the Order of the Coif.
