About Austin
Austin Bodnar, Esq., is a South Florida native and a highly accomplished attorney recognized in the 2024 and 2025 editions of Best Lawyers in America’s “Ones to Watch” list. He is the managing partner at Bader Bodnar Law, continuing the firm's 35-year legacy in personal injury cases. Prior to this, he spent 6 years as a senior associate in the litigation department at Greenberg Traurig, handling complex cases including jury and non-jury trials, commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, slip-and-fall accidents, and wrongful death cases. He also served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Melanie May of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals. Austin graduated summa cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Law Review and won the university's first 'Best Brief' title in the Gibbons National Moot Court competition.
