Austin Fax joined Lowther Johnson as an Associate in 2015 after clerking with the firm throughout law school. He handles personal injury, real estate and property law, labor and employment, business law, landlord-tenant, and creditor’s rights. He was named to the Order of Barristers and served on the editorial board for the Journal of Dispute Resolution.
