About Austin
Austin is part of the newest addition to our firm, and we are glad to add him to our family! Austin M. Stinnett was born and raised in Louisville, Illinois. He attended Lakeland College, where he received his Associate's Degree, before relocating to Florence to attend the University of North Alabama. While there, he obtained his B.S. in Political Science. Following graduation, Austin attended the Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, where received his Juris Doctorate. During his time in Law School, Austin served as law clerk for the Hon. Monet Gaines, District Judge for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Montgomery. Upon graduation, he returned to the Shoals area, where he began his practice. Austin joined Holt, Mussleman, Feltman, and Stinnett in 2024, where his main focus is Criminal Defense, ranging from simple traffic violations to Class A Felonies. Austin lives in Florence with his wife, Eva, and their daughter, Mila. Austin's hobbies include spending quality time with his family, watching football and playing golf.
