About Avi

Avi Feinstein, an Army veteran and former prosecutor, is dedicated to the fight for justice. He served as a Sergeant in the 10th Mountain Division with two combat tours in Iraq and continued military service in the California Army National Guard. He graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge in 2014 and attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating in 2018. In law school, he was Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Program and Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. He externed for Judge Dean D. Pregerson and interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, he conducted 18 jury trials and 100+ evidentiary hearings. An East-coast native, Avi moved to North Carolina to be closer to family and now advocates for injured individuals at Ricci Law Firm.
