About Bailey
Bailey is a native of Asheville, North Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where she was heavily involved in extracurriculars, including but not limited to Homecoming, the Arch Society, Delta Gamma, and Student Government. She attended Mercer School of Law as a Woodruff Scholar, clerking for the United States Attorney’s Office throughout her law school career. Upon graduating from Mercer, Bailey started her legal career as a prosecutor with the Augusta District Attorney’s Office. She joined Malchow Johnson in 2024. Bailey enjoys spending time with friends, running, and visiting her parents up in Asheville. Her dog, Rosie, is her loyal companion in all her travels.
