Barbara Floca

I’m originally from Austin, Texas, where I lived until I completed my undergrad degree in Latin American studies. I moved to Portland, Oregon, for law school and immediately knew I would build my life here. Growing up, I was introduced to diverse cultures through traveling to Latin America. Those experiences are to credit for my unique perspective, my Spanish-speaking ability, and college major. Throughout my life, I have been unable to ignore injustice which is why I went to law school to become a lawyer. As an attorney, my main goal is to help people and fight for their rights.
