Ms. Harper, a former nurse, graduated from Concordia University College of Law in 2016. She joined Mossman Law Office as an attorney, primarily representing social security disability clients. She has successfully handled hundreds of Social Security Disability cases and has high success rates in Federal Court appeals. She is also a medical nurse case consultant and in-house counsel for the Board of Medicine. She is admitted to practice in Idaho and before the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit.
