Bart D. Browning

Bart D. Browning was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He graduated in 1981 from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Family Financial Planning. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 1984 from J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He began his career in Pocatello with the Lou Racine Law firm and then with the Bannock County Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
