Bart Ziegenhorn represents clients in the areas of criminal law, general civil matters, divorce and bankruptcy. Attorney Ziegenhorn has represented clients from municipal court proceedings to the Supreme Court of Arkansas. He firmly believes in the jury system and an individual’s right to a trial by jury. He has represented and defended clients in jury trials including DWI, drug cases, capital murder, personal injury/negligence and insurance claim disputes.
