Attorney Beatriz "Bea" Sosa-Morris was born in McAllen, Texas, and raised in Angleton, Texas. She earned two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Sam Houston State University (Magna Cum Laude) and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law (Magna Cum Laude).
