About Beau

Beau Duty graduated from Harding University in 2013 and magna cum laude from UALR Bowen School of Law in May 2023. He served on the law review editorial board as Symposium Editor and published an article. With prior clerkship experience, he has developed a basic working knowledge of the legal landscape. Since fall 2023, he has helped clients recover over $10 million in settlements and jury awards. He litigates personal injury cases in Arkansas, Colorado, and New Mexico, focusing on trucking litigation, insurance bad faith, and catastrophic injury.
